Tim Shropshire Lancaster Concert reviews
A "Hello New Orleans" would have been nice
The acoustics in the arena are not the best, speaking from the 316 section, I could have stayed home and watched the concert on our big screen tv. At times, it was difficult to understand the words to the songs. The deft movements of his left hand up and down the neck of his guitar actually made my hands hurt. He is an amazing guitarist, as expected. I couldn't even tell if he knew where he was. Part of the reason I am willing to invest the amount of time and money required to attend a concert is in hopes of getting a glimpse of the artist not normally shared in other venues. Let's get a little personal. It was wham, bam, "it's a pleasure to play for you" mama and I'm out of here.
